3 girls live in a big house in the mountains. They have breakfast and decide to venture into the forest. One of them wants to wash the dishes. At that very moment, a cow appears in the window. The others change their clothes and the 3 girls go out. They pick flowers in the field. From a bush, an old man with a gun watches them. The girls start a fire and the man jumps out at them, angry. The girls play across the fields and run to a tree. They make an imaginary toast to their friendship and pledge an oath. A couple arrives whilst the girls sing and dance in the field. The man is named Giuliano. They mention something ominous and the couple leaves. The girls at home. One of them washes dishes and breaks a plate. Giuliano's girlfriend arrives while the girls are chatting. She looks for Giuliano in the house. They sit at the table and chat. Meanwhile outside, Giuliano preys on the third girl, who is drying clothes in the garden. He goes over to her and they chat. Giuliano's girlfriend leaves the others and goes outside. On her search, she discovers Giulio carrying the third girl's basket. She says something to him and then goes away from him, angry. Giuliano bids farewell to the third girl and chases after his girlfriend. Back at home, the two other girls mock Giuliano's girlfriend and fan the air to get rid of the smell of her perfume. At the end, they revel in something. Márton Kurutz, Magyar Nemzeti Filmarchívum / Hungarian National Film Archive, 05.01.2009 |
