The woman on the right, with the large flower on her dress, looks like Geraldine Farrar. And the tall gentleman beside her strongly resembles Lou Tellegen. They were married at the time and co-starred in several movies. "The Woman and the Puppet" (1920) with a Spanish theme, might be the movie.
