Commentary
Subject 1: Since the inter-title states "die deutschen Künstler" ("the German artists"), it is likely that these shots were taken in the USA, probably around 1927/28.

Subject 2: Excerpts from an "Emelka-Woche" ("Emelka week") (produced by Süd-Film AG, Berlin) from early 1927. In Lya de Putti's biography on filmportal.de it says: "... ("...At the beginning of 1927 she returns briefly to Germany to shoot 'Charlott etwas verrückt' for Phoebus...").

Dazu gibt
es einen Ill. Filmkurier Nr 1115, worin ein ähnliches Grup-
penfoto abgebildet ist.
