The first reel of the film "Graf Dohna und seine Möwe" can be seen on the European Film Gateway site. This reel is held by the EYE Film Instituut Nederland. They have the film reel titled as "Duitse od". The fragment of film shown on this page is probably from the second reel of "Graf Dohna und seine Möwe".The original film was comprised of four reels.

Another fragment from the film "Graf Dohna und seine Möwe". This part of the film shows the auxiliary cruiser Geier, which was a captured British cargo ship named the Saint Theodore. The ship was commissioned in mid-ocean into the German navy and re-named as the Geier. Probably at least fifteen minutes of this film still exist, so that it is not quite totally lost.

Although we're grateful for the suggestion, it is highly unlikely that this film could be the 1912 Éclair production Saved from the Titanic, starring genuine Titanic-survivor Dorothy Gibson (see the film's Wikipedia entry for more information).
As the surviving intertitle mentioned in the content description above indicates, the ship in question here is the German cruiser S.M.S. Geier. Detailed information about the Geier can currently be found on this German website. There it notes that the Geier happened to be stationed in the Mediterranean Sea at the same time the Titanic was sinking far away in the Atlantic Ocean on its way to America.
Additionally, the film in question here appears to be a report of the sinking of the Geier, which did not occur until 1918. So, the film could not have been produced before then.
