This film consists of several scenes that haven't been seperated.
A simple garden restaurant in France (in the background the writing "Bierre du Nord"). Two elegant couples at a table. A waiter serves them.
Scene at a lake. The governess (?) rests in a deck chair in the foreground. In the middle of the frame, several girls scurry around, at the far left hand side there's the entrance to a tent.
Still photograph: Women's legs dancing foxtrot.
(American?) girls drunken or exhausted from dancing in a pavilion.
Blurred: A queue of homeless people in Berlin with a policeman and a warden (?) in a white gown in the foreground. The homeless people enter a brick building [frame scan 1].
