Fragment of a, presumably American, action-adventure film. - A man climbs up a steel pylon to which a cablecar is attached [frame scan 1]. When he reaches the top, he attaches his belt to the guide rope. - He tries to push another man out of a moving cabin (that looks more like an open platform). This guy latches onto the border of the platform [frame scan 2] and afterwards holds on to the lower side of the cabin [frame scan 3]. - Beneath, a young woman looks up anxiously [frame scan 4]. - On the platform a small girl wearing a sou'wester. - The man somehow manages to get back on the platform. He fights with another man (only a few frames of this scene remain). - The small girl applauds [frame scan 5]. - The winner hangs the villain on a big hook, where he fidgets and pleads for forgiveness!
