Commentary
No proof, but of the various options Eclipse 1910 looks best to me.
It is not a Pathé, and the Gaumont 1912 migth be about the flight / parachutiste from the Tour Eiffel.
Also the little I see of the women's dresses and hatss seem more like 1910 then 1913.

or
