Erstes größtes Mietskontor für Hauspersonal" (Johannes Unger. The number one biggest rental office for domestic staff) [frame scan 1]. Housemaids waiting for work. The lady of the house chooses a housemaid in blackface, checks the references [frame scans 2 & 3]. She leaves the agency in high spirits [frame scan 4]. In the kitchen: the "black pearl" smooches with a soldier and hides him under the table. They kiss. Fully preoccupied by the kissing, the maid mixes up the bottles and seasons the soup with petroleum! Dinner is served. The master of the house recognises the maid despite her blackface disguise...

This seems to be a copy of BUNDRIKA, DIE NEGERKÖCHIN, Deutschland 1910 (Messter). Die aus dem Miets-Kontor engagierte Bundrika wird von Anna Müller-Lincke gespielt, die Hausherrin von Maria Einödshofer. Siehe die Filmbeschreibung in der Zeitschrift "Der Kinematograph" 4 (1910), Nr. 195 (21. Sept.), p. , Spalte 2 (https://archive.org/details/kinematograph04-1910-09/page/n57/mode/2up).

Maria Einödshofer plays the stately woman who hires Bundrika, the negro cook. Anna Müller-Lincke plays Bundrika. See p. 16 in the issue of "Der Kinematograph" mentioned above.

Evidently both the start and end of the film are missing.
