Commentary
This film describes the second voyage of the German armed merchant cruiser SMS Moeve which is described here:
http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/SMS_M%C3%B6ve_(1914)
The ships shown are the Hudson Maru and (probably) the Asnieres - the tall ship. See this website for details:

Obviously this film is connected to lost film no. 068 which shows the SMS Geier, another ship from that voyage.

The Bundesarchiv also has some scenes from the film "Graf Dohna und seine Möwe", which can be found on a compilation film titled "Seekrieg 1914-1918". This can be viewed on the EFG1914 website. The fragment of film shown on this page is most likely from the second reel of the original film, which was comprised of four reels.

As was previously suggested, this film is about the merchant cruiser SMS Möwe. The film was titled "Graf Dohna und seine Möwe" when it premiered on May 2, 1917 in Berlin. SMS Möwe was the most successful commerce raider of either the First or Second World War. CriticalPast.com also has portions of this film which can be seen online.

and also,it says that the picture is coloured..it says on the wikipedia that the film is the first one to use colors..so i guess that it is the said film.
