The fragment is only 30 mtr. It is printed on stock with edgemarks : Agfa written in the style that dates it to 1920-1923. No tinting of toning. Nothing else is written on intertitles but the intertitle text.

Thoughts about the film:
Probably this the end of the fourth act of a is a fiction film with the Chassidic Jewish man as one of the characters. He is in Vienna and from the look on his face he doesn’t really know where to go (or at least cannot find his way very easily), so he is probably a stranger to the city.

Commentary
The "columna rostrata" in frame no. 3 is the monument for admiral Tegetthoff that was erected in Vienna-Leopoldstadt in 1886. See http://de.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Datei:Praterstern_1900.jpg&filetimestamp=20081129213952.
The place is called "Praterstern".
