Stars Billy West as Chaplin
Commentary
This appears to be one of Billy West's 1920 Reelcraft comedies when he was moving away from his full Chaplin imitation stage (hence the top and natty suit). The young woman with the ouija board on her lap is Ethlyn Gibson, and the large man choking Billy is Theodore Lorch - both regular supporting players in his Reelcraft series.

The last frame with the Chaplin-type having drinks with the ladies at the table doesn't appear to be Billy West, and looks like it may have been tacked on from something else.

This series was rarely reviewed, so it will be hard to find trade magazine material that could specifically identify this short.

The last frame isn't Billie Ritchie, is it?
