Plot synopsis: Jacques Le Daguet and his American cousin Missy are bored to death with their friends (especially Missy's admirer Auguste Becan), so they decide to spice things up for Jacques' thirty-third birthday by hiring maids in crazy costumes, going to the opera and throwing crazy parties.
